Over the years we’ve noticed that businesses, in significantly increasing numbers, aren’t being transferred to family, nor are they being sold to outside parties for appropriate value, if they’re sold at all. What we regularly find missing is a process that helps business owners determine, and then navigate, how best to exit from their business…whether that exit is a sale to an outside buyer, a transition to family members or certain employees, or is going to be at death because they never want to sell or quit working.
